The villa is a 200 sq meter building in three levels (two main levels and one cozy mezzanine)
The Upper level has big terrace and parking area . A small separate shady terrace can host your afternoon coffee or Ouzo
At this level there is a main entrance leading to a spacey common area consisting of a living room with fire place , a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen
A big veranda door leads to the front veranda , where a comfortable lounge and an outdoor dining table can provide relaxing moments and magnificent bay view and garden and pool view as well
The upper level also consist of a cozy bed room with balcony and windows having the same view and also to the veg garden of the house
Bed room is fully equipped with romantic antique furniture ,and has all necessary amenities that will make your stay comfortable
A spacey bathroom with a big hot tub is located on the same level
One spiral ladder leads to the Lower level and one straight to the attic
The attic a mezzanine space consists of a bedroom with a queen size platform solid wood bed with modern minimal style furniture
A second smaller space can accommodate a younger family member but is equipped with an adult size single bed
A bathroom with a shower exist in the attic providing guests all necessary amenities.
A shady veranda completes the level with a marvelous view to the neighbor forest and the sea of Argolic gulf
The lower level has a main entrance and consist 3 bedrooms each of them having independent balcony doors leading to lower terrace and villa's big lawn area
All three bedrooms have different and stylish decoration
Two of the three bedrooms have queen size beds and all necessary furniture and amenities to provide a comfortable stay
The third bedroom has a bunk double bed with adult size beds and is ideal for teenagers.
We would recommend the villa for 8 adults + 3 children/teens
A bathroom with a shower is situated on same level and the spiral ladder leading to upper level and villas living room
Outside there is a 250 sq meters lawn with a big charcoal BBQ with all accessories. A traditional wood oven and an outdoor sink.with cabinets. Guests can enjoy dinner on a big solid wood outdoor dining table with benches
Lower level has also same breathtaking sea and bay view
On same level there is also an independent service room which is also a laundry room with washing and dry machines . Additionally parking for one more vehicle is available
Crossing the lawn and dissenting a dozen of steps you will find yourself at the big pool terrace where villas outdoor pool is situated
Shallow and deeper portions can provide refreshment to the guests. A two seats integrated spa can offer additional relaxing hrs to the
guests
Outdoor shower and comfortable sunbeds and sun umbrellas are available. A shady big outdoor lounge area with mini bar
can provide some refreshment during your sun bathing hours
Sunset hrs from all villas levels is magnificent but probably the best two positions is from attic veranda and the pool terrace
The villa is built in a 4000sq meter leafy private sloping land with a variety of olive and fruit trees
Villas olive trees produce owners families yearly virgin oil while fruit trees can provide the guests depending years season juicy biological fruits
Four big beds with seasonal vegetables can provide the guests with daily fresh vegetables.
